activities, cooperating with major advisory company Kearney from Germany and implemented a pilot project of restructuring enterprises in the area of

Revitalization of companies in crisis. We have implemented management and enpower services for companies in crisis areas including chemical, food, wood processing and metal-processing industry activities.
Economic analysis and studies. Our company employees are involved in several projects of long-term development for large companies.
Strategic plans. Strategic plans we prepared have enabled effective implementation of remediation in each company in terms of financial, marketing, personnel restructure, and modernization of the enterprise.
Management training. We were engaged in management education for metal-processing sector in the context of the project "Renovating Slovenia" as well as management education and training for individual projects.
Business rehabilitation programs. We created a number of business rehabilitation programs, based on custom orders of multiple companies, banks and for the State of Slovenia via the Slovenian Development and Rehabilitaion company.
Investment programs. Ripro employees have years of experiences on the fields of investment development activities, in the preparation of projects as in the implementation of investments.
Business planning. We advised to several business managements, introducing, coordinating and guiding their corporate intentions. We have obtained the PHARE consultant certificate for management advising and certificate for Small Business consultant specialist.
