RIPRO - audit, business consultancy and development company Ltd. was founded in 1990 initially as a consultancy firm, developing investment programs, business plans, restructure projects and offering management advisory in the field of economic policy, finance, accounting and taxes. We extended our business activities list in 1992 with company-value-appraisal, valuation of share equities, valuation of realestate. In 1996, our company registered at the Slovenian institute of auditors as an audit company, eligible to audit financial statements of companies, making internal auditing of institutes, universities, communities and other institutions. Since then Ripro Ltd. specializes in providing audit services to its clients.
